We have outlined our policies on subscriptions, transaction fees, refunds, and accepted payment methods to ensure a secured & smooth experience for all users. Understanding these guidelines will guide users on the financial aspects of Febnec efficiently.
1. Overview
This Payments Policy explains the rules and guidelines for all financial transactions on Febnec. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to these policies to ensure secure and transparent financial interactions.
2. Subscription Plans
Febnec offers various subscription plans to suit the needs of our users. Subscriptions can be set up as:
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Bi-Annually
  • Annually
Setting Subscription Prices: Feb Fans can set their subscription prices according to their preferences. They also have the option to offer free subscriptions.
3. Transaction Fees
Febnec applies transaction fees to certain financial activities on the platform:
  • Subscription Fees: 20% of the subscription price (Vat & Gateway fees exclusive).
  • Digital, Custom and Physical Products: 20% of the sale price (Vat & Gateway fees exclusive).
  • Tips and Gifts: 20% of the amount received (Vat & Gateway fees exclusive).
  • Pay-Per-View (PPV) Posts, Messages, and Live Streams: 20% of the PPV price (Vat & Gateway fees exclusive).
  • Custom Content and Services: 20% of the transaction amount (Vat & Gateway fees exclusive).
  • VAT: 7.5% vat is charged at the time of transaction on all transactions as required by Nigeria Tax Laws and remitted to The Federal Government.
  • Gateway fees: 1.5% payment processing fee is charged at the time of transaction on every payment made using any of the available payment gateways and automatically remitted to the payment gateway companies.
Discretionary Adjustments: At our discretion, Febnec may adjust the transaction fee percentage lower or higher than 20% for certain users based on their performance or any other reason deemed appropriate by the platform.
4. Payment Methods
Febnec supports multiple payment methods to ensure convenience for our users:
  • Credit/Debit Cards: All major credit and debit cards via Paystack and Flutterwave
  • Bank Transfers: Available for Nigerian Users only.
5. Payouts to Feb Fans
Feb Fans can request payouts once their account balance reaches the minimum threshold set by the platform. Payouts are processed through:
  • Bank Transfers: Direct transfers to the bank account on file (Nigeria Users only).
  • PayPal: Transfers to the linked PayPal account
Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed every business day and within the three (3) business days of initiating the payout request.
6. Referral Program
Users can earn 20% from the first 100 transactions made by the users they refer to join the platform.
7. Security and Compliance
Febnec is committed to ensuring the security of all financial transactions:
  • Data Encryption: All payment data is encrypted to protect user information.
  • Secure Payment Gateways: We use trusted payment gateways like Paystack and Flutterwave for secure transactions.
  • Compliance: Febnec complies with all relevant financial regulations and standards to ensure a safe payment environment.
8. Changes to the Payments Policy
Febnec reserves the right to modify this Payments Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of Febnec constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Users are responsible for checking this page for updates.
9. Refunds Policy
Febnec is committed to providing an open and fair refund policy to ensure user satisfaction. This Refunds Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued, the process for requesting a refund, and the handling of transaction disputes.
9.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are typically issued under the following circumstances:
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues from our end that prevents you from accessing the content or services of creators you paid for within 5 business days.
  • Content Removal: If the content you purchased from a creator is removed from the platform by Febnec due to a violation of our policies.
  • Service Discontinuation: If Febnec discontinues a service that you have paid for.
Setting Subscription Prices: Feb Fans can set their subscription prices according to their preferences. They also have the option to offer free subscriptions.
9.2. Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions on Febnec are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for subscriptions will be considered in the following cases:
  • Technical Glitches: If a technical glitch from our end prevents you from accessing your subscription benefits.
  • Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchased a subscription and request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction.
9.3. Pay-Per-View and One-Time Purchases
Refunds for Pay-Per-View and other one-time purchases are typically not provided. Exceptions may include:
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the content you paid for due to a technical error from our end or removal by Febnec.
  • Defective Content: If the content delivered is defective or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
9.4. Live Streams
Refunds for live streams, including private live streams, are generally not provided. Exceptions may include:
  • Technical Failures: If there are technical issues from our end that prevent the live stream from being accessible or severely disrupt the viewing experience.
  • Non-Delivery: If a scheduled live stream does not occur and no rescheduled date is provided.
9.5. Gifts and Tips During Live Streams
Gifts and tips sent during live streams are non-refundable. These transactions are considered final and are a form of support to the Feb Fans. Please ensure that you intend to send gifts or tips before completing the transaction.
9.6. Private One-to-One Live Streams
Refunds for private one-to-one live streams are typically not provided. Exceptions may include:
  • Technical Issues: If there are technical problems from our end that prevent the live stream from occurring or disrupt the session significantly.
  • Non-Delivery: If the scheduled private live stream does not occur and no rescheduled date is provided.
9.7. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
  • Contact Support: Email our support team at support@Febnec.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and provide detailed information about your issue.
  • Provide Details: Include your username, transaction ID, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Review Process: Our support team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
9.8. Transaction Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with a transaction on your account, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve the dispute.
9.9. Chargebacks
We discourage users from filing chargebacks with their bank or credit card company. If you have an issue, please contact us first to resolve the problem. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
10. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
11. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and transactions are non-refundable, including:
  • Gift: Purchases of gift are non-refundable.
  • Tips: Tips made to Feb Fans are non-refundable.
  • Completed Services: Services that have already been rendered or completed are not eligible for a refund.
12. Modifications to the Refunds Policy
Febnec reserves the right to modify this Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through the platform, and the updated policy will be posted on this page. Continued use of Febnec after the changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
